Alyssa has been in the field of health and wellness for over fourteen years, her practice is inclusive of the mind and body achieving balance. She focuses on utilizing tools such as weight loss, nutrition, gut health, exercise, stress management, mindfulness, sleep, and brain health to improve whole person health and wellbeing. She aspires to help others improve their quality of life.

Alyssa graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing at Herzing University Wisconsin, Graduating Magna Cum Laude honors. Alyssa continues to improve her practice by being actively involved in wellness conferences focusing on weight loss, nutrition, and functional health, as she continues to focus on whole person well being.
