Founded for Better Care

Man and Woman Looking at IVIM Injection with a Doctor

Founded for Better Care

Ivím Health was founded in 2021 by Dr. Taylor Kantor, alongside his brother Anthony and Anthony’s wife, Kelly, to reimagine care for cardiometabolic conditions—making it more accessible, individualized, and data-driven.

Blending medical precision with a holistic mindset, they set out to build a modern model of care that puts the individual first.

Understanding individualized compounded GLP-1 medications

Yes, Ivim Health continues to offer compounded GLP-1 medications as continuity of care is our highest priority. Check in with your medical provider to see what medication is best suited for you.

You don’t have to increase or change your dose each week. For some patients, it may be beneficial to stay at a given dose for a longer period of time. Not to worry, you always have access to your medical provider to ask questions and determine what dose would be best for you each week.

To comply with updated regulatory guidance and continue offering access to compounded GLP-1 medications based on your needs, all patients are now transitioning to a weekly titration model. This approach also enables a more individualized experience.

Ivim Health is built to support individualized therapy for each and every patient. As your health needs evolve, we evolve with you. Ivim Health providers can now prescribe precise medication changes and can do so on a weekly basis to ensure you receive the most from your medical program.

Instead of taking the same dose forfour weeks at a time, your dose may now be adjusted weekly based on how your body is responding. This means you and your provider have control to go up, down, or stay the same—depending on your needs and your provider’s recommendation. You can go up if you’re looking for an improvement in weight loss results, or go down if you happen to experience side effects.

Each week, you’ll complete a short, in-app check-in. You will give your provider your current weight as well as report any side effects or benefits from the medication. Our licensed providers use your answers to make informed adjustments to your medication, ensuring your care is tailored to your unique experience.

Yes. This protocol shift applies to all patients, regardless of where they are in their program. For all existing patients, the new dosing plan will begin with their next medication refill. We’re making this change to ensure uninterrupted, compliant care.

This update only applies to the dosing schedule. Your treatment remains under the supervision of your licensed medical providers. Sometimes the formulation or concentration of your medication may change based on pharmacy availability so always review your prescription for dosing instructions prior to taking your injection.

Due to evolving regulatory guidance around the use of compounded GLP-1s, we’ve updated our care model to support individualized dosing through weekly provider-guided adjustments. This allows us to continue offering compounded care in a safe, compliant, and patient-centered way.
