Experience:
Katie has been a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2023, and a Registered Nurse since 2016. She is inspired by her patients every day, and her favorite part of the job is getting to witness the many non-scale victories that come along with weight loss and healthy living. She looks forward to continuing to help Ivim patients not only meet their weight loss goals, but to empower them to live full, healthy lives for years to come.
Education:
Katie has a master’s degree in nursing from William Paterson University of New Jersey as well as a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Delaware. She stays up-to-date on the latest research in obesity medicine, and is well-versed in oral and injectable weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. She has managed both adolescent and adult patients on their unique wellness journeys.
